This price is fully inclusive for venues within 10 miles of Pontypridd and for 2 doves only. Special rate will apply for all other areas covered but the cost depends on distance from us.

Our pricing reflects the time and effort we put into our business as a whole; Keeping an updated and informative website, buying the best feed money can buy for our birds, the fuel used for not just your event, but the months of training the doves to various regions before your event, the best we can find in cages & cage decoration....nothing but the best for our doves, and as for us; we wouldn't be providing this service unless we knew we could give 100%. We will supply nothing but the best for you. Price charged for a service in any business will often reflect the quality of work and effort spent mastering the trade....be wary of very low prices.
We always aim to give you the best service possible - this includes our pricing. We are happy to negotiate a package to suit your budget, and we will try and match any like for like quote* you may have had within a 50 mile radius of Pontypridd. Please come back to us if you have been given a lower price - we will not be offended, and will do our utmost to ensure you receive the best in value.
We do not claim to be "the cheapest" in Wales, you may find individuals that will offer you Doves for a lower price. But if a great service, everlasting memories and value for money is more important to you than saving a few pounds, then Lovey Dovey UK is your best option.
Our cages are not made from MDF, or purchased for £5 off ebay! Our search for cages was far and wide, so we could be sure that they would look stunning on your wedding photos. We never put 2 birds in one cage, therefore spend time decorating your cages especially for you. We also spend time with your guests on your wedding day to answer their questions, and give them photo opportunities. Our spare dove that we always bring is for extra photos - not for a 2nd chance of a dove release. Your dove release has to be right the 1st time - otherwise it loses its impact - and meaning. We speak to your photographer to ensure we all do our bit in getting this right for you. WE DONT JUST TURN UP WITH THE BIRDS AND LET YOU GET ON WITH IT - WE PROVIDE A FULL AND UNIQUE SERVICE.
Terms of price promise
The comparison made from another company which:
1) Is a registered business (with companies house, and/or the inland revenue as a sole trader/partnership etc)
2) Is within a 50 mile radius of Cardiff
3) Uses the Rock Dove that is trained for release
4) Uses 2 cages - decorated to YOUR wishes
5) Writes a speech that is unique for your event, and presents this at your event
6) Is a member of the WHPU or RPRA
We would also like to inform our customers we do not allow wedding planners, venues or any other 3rd party who wish to recommend or promote our services to hike up the price for them to earn comission. If not booking with us, and booking another Dove Release provider through any business that offers other services (eg, chair covers, balloons, ice sculptures) please make sure you find out if they themselves are the supplier, or an agent for a supplier. If the latter, you are most probably paying a fee on top of what the supplier will charge you directly. Any ethical and honest business will take a cut from their profit to pay an agent, not allow their customers to pay a premium.

Our Doves on display at The Best Western Heronston Hotel Bridgend
We need to receive a non refundable deposit of 50% within 2 weeks of taking your details. The balance will be payable 4 weeks before the event. Once your deposit is received, we will confirm and send you a receipt detailing your request.
Booking conditions
We will not release our birds indoors, at dusk, near electricity cables, into high wind or during an electrical storm. If there is an unreasonable delay in proceedings that is beyond our control, we reserve the right to release the birds to avoid causing them any distress, and no refund given.
In the event of heavy rain, mist, high winds or an electrical storm, we reserve the right not to release the birds. In this scenario, we will still turn up for you to have the doves on display, have photos taken, gather your guests for the reading, and part refund will be given - the ammount depending on distance from us. This will be negotiated at time of booking.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the wedding or event, full payment will be due and no refunds given, unless we can re book the date where 50% of payment will refunded. Cancellation by us due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.
Our Birds are fed a special diet the day prior to your wedding or event; this helps prevent the birds having an "accident". They tend not to need the loo whilst being held anyway, but we cannot guarantee this. We will show you how to handle the birds correctly and position them so any "little accident" would be directed away from your garments. If booking a service that includes one or more people holding the birds, you must understand and agree that we cannot accept any responsibility should the Doves decide they need the loo! You agree that all images displaying our birds will not be used to promote any other businesses with the exception of the photographer retained at your event, without our prior consent.
